As per Craftly's words, at the Lobby you'll find two key areas of interest.

The first is the front desk. At the front desk, the faceless men who assist in the ongoings of the motel will be happy to provide you with a request sheet, pen, and ratings card. In this form, you'll find the ability to request special amenities. There are limitations, however.

1. No technology may be requested.
2. No item that will give an advantage to a guest during their time here.
3. No magical relic or item.
4. No weapons.

It seems the form is strictly for some items that are more casual/hobby-based.

The second area is a newspaper stand. The first week guests arrived, it was empty. However, starting from Week 2, you'll find a newspaper once a week that describes the items stolen through out the week prior. For example, if Week 1 all of the knives are gone from the kitchen, the Week 2's edition of the newspaper will depict as such.

As we are dealing with limited inventory in some cases, please don't assume your character successfully obtained the requested/stolen item until we reply to your comment! Thank you.
